What to expect from coaching? Initially, we will meet for a complimentary 15 minutes to get to know each other to see if we’re a good match and also to explore what goals you hope to accomplish through coaching. If we determine this is a good fit, we will either move into our first coaching session or schedule at a more suitable time. Coaching sessions usually last 45 minutes and can be once a week or on a bi-weekly basis. We can meet by video, on the phone, or in person. Coaching is a collaborative relationship in which the conversations centers around exploring your life and the challenges you face that keep you stuck and how to take action to move forward. Those clients who reap the most from coaching are the ones who set aside extra time to reflect and experiment with your hunches throughout the week, come to session willing and ready to work. As your coach, I promise to be fully present, listening with focus and curiosity, and using my intuition to co-create new possibilities for change, deeply respecting your goals and your resourcefulness. |
