Helping people be better humans to themselves & others

Picture
Therapy is not a departure from my work as a leadership development coach—it’s a continuation of it. Whether I’m working with a leader navigating organizational challenges or supporting a client in therapy, the mission is the same: to foster resilience, self-awareness, and growth.Therapy allows me to help people unlock their potential and thrive. It’s an opportunity to meet clients where they are, helping them overcome obstacles and create meaningful, sustainable transformation. For me, therapy and leadership coaching are two sides of the same coin. Both are about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s complexities and empowering them to become their best selves.

In therapy, I work with adult individuals, couples, “helpers”: leaders, coaches, therapists, those who care for others. I love working with self-identity formation specifically around race, culture, and other aspects of identities and lived experiences, as well as career and life transitions, grief & loss, relationship issues, anxiety & depression.

The therapeutic approaches I draw on most frequently include psychodynamic, narrative, existential, relational systems models, as well as cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior techniques, and the Gottman method.

**Currently, therapy services available to individuals who reside in WA state and tele-health**
